How long does it take for my domestic (U.S.) order to arrive?
Most Domestic US orders should arrive within 3-7 business days. Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. Please note, receiving an “order confirmation” via email indicating the items selected, does not guarantee all items will be in stock. In these circumstances, we’ll contact you directly to rectify the situation. We only ship Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Infinite Progression Athletics cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking number. If there is no one present to accept your package, it will be left at your house. Infinite Progression Athletics cannot be held responsible for packages once they are delivered.
How long does it take for my international order to arrive?
International orders are shipped via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or USPS International Priority Mail Express and could take up to 10 business days from the time it leaves the shipping facility. Your shipment may take a longer when going through customs, depending on your country’s policies. We do not control customs fees or policies.
Please read carefully before placing international orders - All international orders may be subject to customs fees. The shipping provider and Infinite Progression Athletics are not responsible for any customs fees (Duties, Taxes, VAT, etc.) and will not be held responsible for any payment required at your country's customs department. The shipping costs charged by Infinite Progression Athletics do not include customs duties, taxes, and fees that may be assessed by your country.
- Infinite Progression Athletics is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address and will not refund or replace these packages. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the shipping carrier. Infinite Progression Athletics is not responsible for any packages once they are picked up by the shipping carrier.
Why is there VAT and/or customs fee with my international order?
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, it may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond our control. International orders may be subject to import duties or charges implemented by a specific country. We have no control over these fees and are not liable for the charges which may incur. Please contact your local customs office for more information. If you decide to return the product(s) due to customs fee or VAT, we will process refund minus the shipping charges incurred.
How do I remove wrinkles on my brand new apparel from Infinite Progression?
- With all new apparel items, we recommend washing them in cold water with the garment inside out first. Second, you can hang dry or tumble dry low the garment inside out and this should take out any wrinkles on the apparel.
How does returns and exchanges work?
Returning item(s) for an exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Any returns made after this period may be rejected and sent back to the original delivery address.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Can I change or modify my order?
- No, once an order is placed, it cannot be altered. You must place a new order.
When will products be restocked?
- We will try to restock as quickly as possible, however, we cannot predict when a product will be restocked. Some items are limited items and may not be restocked.
